Tailvia provides AI-powered conversation tools that replace traditional contact forms. The service collects information from website visitors on behalf of business owners through natural language conversations.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Tailvia for:

  • Collecting sensitive personal data (medical, financial, legal) without proper consent
  • Phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Spamming or unsolicited marketing
  • Any illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights
  • Circumventing rate limits or security measures

Service Constraints

Tailvia is designed for goal-driven information collection, NOT as a customer support chatbot or general-purpose AI assistant. Conversations are kept short and focused on collecting specific information.

Rate Limits & Fair Use

Public conversation endpoints are rate-limited to prevent abuse. Excessive use may result in temporary restrictions. Monthly enquiry limits apply based on your subscription plan.

Data Ownership

Business owners retain ownership of all conversation data collected through their conversations. Tailvia acts as a data processor on your behalf.

Liability

Tailvia is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
