When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated tracked delivery usually takes 6–12 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available after your package has been dispatched.
My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Tracking updates can occasionally pause while your package is moving between shipping facilities or carriers.

My order is taking longer than expected. What should I do?
While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or periods of high shipping demand.
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting our support team.
Can I cancel or modify my order?

Requests made before an order has been processed or shipped can often be accommodated. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.
How do I start a return?

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Please do not send items back without first contacting our customer support team.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers pay for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or our mistake caused the issue.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue approved refunds to your original payment method within up to 14 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
