Shipping & Fulfillment
All orders are processed and dispatched by Tailvia through our trusted fulfillment partners and shipping carriers.
We currently ship to customers within the United States.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Tracking Your Order

Delivery Delays
While we work hard to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting our support team.

Requests must be received before your order has been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we'll provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
If a package is returned because of:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Failed delivery attempts
- An unclaimed shipment
- Refused delivery
any carrier return fees or additional shipping costs may be deducted from an eligible refund where permitted by law.
If available, the order may be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
